Pilates, Yoga and Aerial classes require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may lead to physical injury. The customer is responsible for any injuries he/she may incur during any class attended at Studio 205, providing that there is no gross negligence on the part of Studio 205 or the teachers at Studio 205.
It is the sole responsibility of all customers of Studio 205 to consult her/his doctor before attending classes at Studio 205. The customer is obliged to report any health complaints or other physical details (eg pregnancy, high blood pressure, muscle or joint complaints, etc.) to the teacher. It is the responsibility of the customer to express any discomfort during a class or workshop (eg pain, cramp, dizziness, nausea, etc.) to the teacher.
By attending classes, the customer waives any rights against Studio 205 and Studio 205’s teachers for injuries and/or damages that she/he may sustain as a result participation in Studio 205 lessons. Heirs, legal representatives, and and the customer forever release and waive any liabilities against Studio 205 and it’s instructors for any injury or death incurred by voluntary participation in a class, workshop, or other Studio 205 activity.
Studio 205 will do it’s utmost to make sure information shared on our website and/or provided by us to you is correct but, as expressed in these terms and conditions, we do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions and exclude all liability for any action you (your legal representatives, heirs) may take or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising) as a result of relying on any information on this web site or provided by us to you.
You, your legal representatives and your heirs release waive, discharge and covenant, not to sue Studio 205 and its instructors for any injury or death caused by negligence or other acts.
The information available on or through this paper, and the services supplied via or in connection at Studio 205 do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that such contents and services are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so.
If you have doubts about your health condition consult your doctor before commencing any exercise regime. It is also vital that you supply us with correct information about your current physical state and any and all previous injuries and surgeries. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information supplied by you to us.
Studio 205 is not liable for loss, misappropriation, theft or damage, both directly and indirectly, respectively from or to the customer’s property.
Damage caused by the customer intentionally or through improper use to Studio 205’s property, must be compensated.
Scheduling and Reservations
Class reservations can be made via our online booking system, email, phone, or in person at the studio.
Showing up for class without a reservation is possible, but Studio 205 does not guarantee that there will be availability in the chosen class.
Privates and semi-privates may be scheduled and reserved in person, by phone, or by email. We do not reserve privates and semi-privates online.
Payment and cancellation
All classes must be prepaid. Either through our online booking platform or at the studio before the lesson begins.
All clients agree to our 24hr notice policy for private and semi-private sessions.
All clients agree to an 8hr notice policy for group classes.
All clients agree to a 48hr cancellation policy for workshops.
If you’re booked into a class, private or semi-private or workshop, but miss it or cancel with less than 24 / 8 / 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full rate of the class.
All purchases are final unless otherwise agreed upon by Studio 205 and the client.
Studio 205 reserves the right to cancel a purchase and refund the money at their discretion.
Studio 205 may change these terms and conditions from time to time. By browsing the site you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms and conditions. You should check these each time you revisit the site. These terms and conditions form the entire understanding of the parties and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating to the subject matter.
